This is a concept of what I created, for the night scene, although this isn't done with a graphics tablet, so I had decided to try it with a mouse, although yes I have used photo shop many many times in the past with mouse, but mainly for layerring generic images, not for drawing perposes. I feel that this images is the best I have produced so far, with in my concept drawings, but i think this is helped due it being a night scene.

    It's a great begining Matt I still think you will need to carry through with your idea and bring at least a shaft of light down through the canopy to the undergrowth and make the stars more visable as the heavens and not an extension of the trees. Mind you though on a small scale this image is very deceptive. Excellent
